Competency, training and development
Because of our strong belief that knowledge, skills and competencies are most critical for our and your success, we have an in-house Career developing program which enables you to acquire the competencies you need for development opportunities now and in your career future. This is not only for our field personnel but also for our office staff.
But before you will start on the Career developing program at Transmark eds you will follow every applicable course necessary. Most of them are also in house.
- Induction Course (including Health, Safety & Environment)
- MWD training
- Various Courses on software used by Transmark-EDS such as Geolink
- Resistivity Course
- Offshore Safety Training (Nogepa) including a medical check
- VCA training
After that throughout your career at Transmark eds you have the opportunity to learn and develop yourself. We offer (partial) reimbursements on education and pay for job related workshops and seminars to improve your skills.
