Transmark-EDS is a medium-sized Directional Drilling company and is favourably positioned in the market. With the Transmark Group becoming the mayority share holder, our market position will now go from strength to strength. Our aim, therefore, is to undergo structural growth in the years ahead in directional drilling, MWD/LWD services and beyond so that we can act more and more as an all-round partner. In the coming years, we will have to make certain investments in order to achieve this growth factor. However, our operational management is not going to change. Quality, reliability, service and independency will continue to be essential going forward.
